📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within the United States. We only ship to US domestic addresses.
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri, exclude US holidays and weekends).
Standard shipping transit: 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to weather, carrier backlogs or other factors out of our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, we will send an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We reserve the right to restrict shipments to PO boxes, APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order for free before it ships. Once the package has been dispatched, cancellation is not available. To modify your shipping address, contact us immediately before shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay.
🧁 Product & Mold Usage
What materials can I use with your silicone molds?
Our molds work great for epoxy resin, candle wax, plaster, soap and other DIY craft materials. We do NOT guarantee compatibility with every material on the market. We recommend testing before large projects.
Are the molds reusable?
Yes, our high-quality silicone molds are reusable with proper use and gentle demolding. Overheating, rough pulling or harsh chemicals will shorten the lifespan.
Why are there seam lines on my mold?
Silicone molds are handmade craft products. Tiny seam lines and minor surface marks are normal and will not affect your finished crafts. These are not considered defects.
Can I sell finished crafts made from your molds?
Yes! You may sell handmade finished products created using our purchased molds. However, you may NOT copy, replicate or mass-produce our silicone molds themselves.

Molds that have been used, washed, scratched or with material residue are non-returnable.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us with clear photos/videos of the package and damaged items **within 48 hours after delivery**. We will review your case and follow our return policy.
Can I return a mold if I damaged it during use?
No. Damage caused by improper use, overheating, violent demolding or customer misuse is not covered for return or refund.
