This Legal Disclaimer Policy applies to all visitors, users, and customers of the MoldPop website, store services, and all products purchased from our platform, including silicone molds, resin molds, candle molds, plaster molds, and all DIY craft accessories. This policy supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you fully agree to all terms stated in this Legal Disclaimer.

1. Product Usage & Result Disclaimer

All products sold by MoldPop are designed exclusively for personal DIY handmade use. All product descriptions, pictures, usage tutorials, craft cases, and parameter introductions displayed on our store are for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee that our molds are fully compatible with all types of resin, wax, plaster, soap, baking materials, or third-party craft accessories.

Final craft effects, finished product quality, color, and shaping results depend entirely on the customer’s operating skills, material quality, temperature control, and production environment. MoldPop shall not be held responsible for failed crafts, defective finished products, or unsatisfactory handmade results caused by customer operation errors.

2. Improper Use & Liability Exemption

We strictly disclaim liability for mold damage, deformation, cracking, aging, and breakage caused by human improper operation, including but not limited to: excessive high-temperature baking, violent demolding, forced stretching, repeated extrusion, use of incompatible chemical materials, improper cleaning, and long-term overheating use. Such damage does not qualify for quality problems, returns, refunds, or free replacement services.

MoldPop shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, property damage, or minor personal injury caused by customers’ non-compliant operation, misuse, or unauthorized modification of our products.

3. Product Defect Standard Disclaimer

Our silicone and resin molds are handmade consumer craft supplies. Tiny seam lines, minor surface water marks, slight color differences, and subtle texture traces are normal production characteristics and do not affect normal use. These minor imperfections are not regarded as quality defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or compensation.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All store content including texts, product images, design drawings, mold styles, logos, and graphic designs are the exclusive intellectual property of MoldPop and are protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. No individual or institution may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially replicate, mass-produce, resell, or use our designs and content for commercial purposes without our written official authorization.

Customers are permitted to use purchased molds to make finished handmade products for personal use or small-batch handmade retail. However, unauthorized imitation, copying, or industrial mass production of our physical mold products and mold structures is strictly prohibited.

5. Platform & Legal Compliance

This store is built and operated on the Shopify platform, and all business behaviors comply with U.S. e-commerce laws, FTC regulations, and Shopify official operating rules. All transactions are subject to our unified store policies and the applicable laws of the United States.

If any clause of this disclaimer conflicts with local laws, the valid legal provisions shall prevail, and the remaining clauses shall remain fully enforceable.

6. Logistics & Force Majeure Disclaimer

All orders are shipped from local U.S. warehouses. After the shipping carrier confirms delivery and completes handover, the risk of package loss, theft, or damage during subsequent storage belongs to the buyer. MoldPop is not liable for shipping delays, package exceptions, or service interruptions caused by carrier errors, weather disasters, policy adjustments, labor strikes, and other force majeure factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update, modify, and adjust this Legal Disclaimer Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will take effect immediately after being published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of our website and purchase of our products after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
