Return & Refund Policy (US Domestic Shipping)

All orders are shipped from the United States for fast delivery and easy local returns. We stand behind the quality of our silicone molds, resin molds and DIY craft supplies. Please read our policy below.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or full/partial refund within 30 calendar days after order delivery date. All return requests outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility (Mold Products)

To qualify for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Molds must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original new condition

• Original packaging and all accessories are complete

• No scratches, deformation, sticky residue or manual damage caused by improper use

Used molds, finished craft works, and products damaged by customer misuse, high temperature operation or improper demolding are NOT returnable.

3. Defective / Wrong / Damaged Items

If you receive broken, defective, incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos/videos as proof. We offer free replacement or full refund without return shipping cost.

4. Customer-Returnable Reason (Change of Mind)

For personal reasons (no longer needed, wrong purchase, size mismatch), we accept returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the refund within 2 business days.

5. No Return & Non-Refundable Situation

• Items beyond the 30-day return period

• Used, cleaned, deformed or artificially damaged molds

• Damage caused by customer’s improper operation, high temperature baking or wrong demolding method

• Custom personalized products

6. Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after receiving and verifying your returned package. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing delays are not our responsibility.

7. US Local Return Address

We provide USA local return address. No international return or customs trouble. After you confirm the return request, we will send you the prepaid return label and return instructions.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for free before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not available, please follow our return policy after receiving the package.
