Welcome to MoldPop.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products and services operated by MoldPop (collectively, the “Service”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By browsing, accessing, placing an order or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our store or purchase any products. In case of conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls for all matters related to personal information.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only shop with supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that all contact, billing and shipping information you submit is true, accurate and complete.
2. Products & DIY Mold Disclaimer
We sell silicone molds, resin molds and related DIY craft supplies.
Our molds are designed for DIY handmade projects such as candles, plaster and resin crafts.
WE DO NOT WARRANT that our molds are suitable for every material, temperature or project.
You are solely responsible for testing materials, operating temperatures, demolding techniques and safety precautions when using our molds.
We are NOT liable for damaged finished crafts, burned, deformed or torn molds caused by improper use, overheating, wrong material selection, rough demolding or customer misuse.
Molds are handcrafted consumer craft items, minor surface marks, tiny seam lines or slight imperfections may exist and do not qualify as defective unless they prevent normal use.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All product prices shown on our site are in US Dollars.
Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address as required by applicable US state laws.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price for your order.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all items in your order at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other approved payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from within the United States.
Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays). Shipping transit time depends on carrier and destination.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by courier, weather, sorting errors or force majeure are beyond our control.
We ship to US domestic addresses only. We may restrict shipments to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once the carrier picks up your package.
5. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is unavailable.
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Used, washed, scratched, deformed or residue-covered molds from customer use are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For defective, damaged or wrong items received, you must contact us with photo/video proof within 48 hours after delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, product photos, logos, branding, product designs on this website are intellectual property of MoldPop.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute or use our images and content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You may use molds purchased from us to make handmade finished items for personal use or small-scale handmade sales, but you may not replicate, copy or mass-produce our physical silicone molds themselves.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our site for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities
- Submit false information or use stolen payment methods
- Automatically scrape, crawl our website data
- Harass, abuse or threaten our customer support team
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY US LAW, MoldPop, its owners and suppliers shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special damages, lost profits arising from your purchase or use of our molds or website.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MoldPop from any claims, damages, losses, costs and attorney fees arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Improper use of our molds, finished crafts you make
- Any content you post on our site or send to us
- Fraudulent activity under your account
10. Third-Party Services
Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify’s platform terms apply to your use of checkout and hosting services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, links, services or content linked from our store.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our store, cancel pending orders at our discretion if we suspect fraud, violation of these Terms or payment disputes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from your purchase or use of our store shall be resolved in California courts to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
