Carousel Music Box Resin Mold

Diamond-Faceted Resin Mold for a carousel music box — this flexible silicone mold for epoxy resin casts a carousel music box. The diamond-faceted surface picks up mica, glitter, and gold leaf so every finished piece looks finished right after demolding. Tear-resistant flexible silicone flexes for clean, repeat demolding.

What's in the Kit

Mold Only, Music Mechanism Not Included

This listing is for the silicone mold only. The carousel music box movement you see in the photos must be purchased separately and fitted into the cured base after demolding.

A Base Shaped for a Movement

The cavity casts a carousel-style base with a flat center for the mechanism shaft. Layer mica or glitter around the edge to make the finished piece read as a display ornament.

Common Questions

How do I release the finished piece? Wait for the resin to fully cure, then flex the silicone from one edge and peel it away slowly. The soft mold releases cleanly without tearing the cured edges.

What resin works best? Clear epoxy resin takes the faceted texture well. Add mica powder, glitter, metallic foil, or alcohol ink before pouring for a custom look.

How many molds come in the kit? One flexible silicone resin mold. Lids, mechanisms, and resin are not included unless shown as a separate option on this listing.

Care

Wash the mold in warm soapy water and dry it completely before storing it flat, away from direct sunlight.

Note: because this mold is handmade, crafting takes 20-30 days before shipping. Due to current order volume, delivery may take a little longer than usual — thank you for your patience.
